When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by October 12, 2025.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Entrance to the venue and seating begins at 2:30 p.m. We request that guests remain in the parking area until 2:30 to allow pre-celebration preparation to be finalized! Ceremony to begin promptly at 3:00 p.m.

What is the dress code for your wedding?
Answer
Let's get fancy! Think coats and ties, floor-length and tea-length dresses preferred, formal separates.

Where should I bring/send my wedding gift?
Answer
While gifts are appreciated, please know that your presence is present enough! If you wish to send a gift: If having gifts delivered, our registry will direct gifts to our home. Feel free to bring gifts to the venue instead! There will be a designated area for gifts at the venue.

Are kids welcome?

Take the night off! We invite you to join us for an adults-only evening of dinner and dancing.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
Pala Mesa Resort is a short drive away (15 minutes). The Welk Resort in Escondido. (25 minutes)

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes! There will be ample free parking for our venue in the upper part of the parking lot.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
There will be a hosted bar for specialty cocktails and mocktails, wine, beer, soda, and soft drinks.

What time will the wedding reception end? Is there an after party?
Answer
We will be making our grand exit at 10:00 p.m. No after party to follow. Please get home safely!

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?
Answer
We will be having an unplugged ceremony, though we will have a brief period where guests will be permitted to take photos before the ceremony resumes. Take all the photos you wish during cocktail hour and the reception! We will provide a QR code to upload all of your memories!

What will be served at the wedding?
Answer
We will be serving a buffet with plenty of options for everyone! There will be options including beef, chicken, and vegetarian pasta, salads, charcuterie, and cake. Plenty for everyone to enjoy!

Can I bring a date?
Answer
Because we are having an intimate celebration, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate plus ones. Please refer to your wedding invitations.

Will the wedding be indoors?
Answer
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors, with reception under a grand canopy!
