Please RSVP by July 11th, 2026. This deadline helps us finalize our catering, beverage, and seating arrangements with our venue. We kindly ask that you respond by the specified date—if we do not receive your RSVP, we will assume you are unable to attend and a seat won’t be accommodated.
Although we love your little ones, our venue has limited seating, so only the children listed on the RSVP invitation (if listed) will be able to attend. We hope you take this as a chance to enjoy a fun evening out! While our wedding is child-friendly, we request that you be mindful of potential noise disruptions that might interfere with the ceremony. If your child becomes restless, please step into the cocktail hour room until they are calm. Our goal is to ensure that all guests, and especially the bride and groom, can fully experience and enjoy this special moment. Thank you for your understanding.
We kindly request that you bring only the guests named on your wedding invitation due to limited seating. Thank you for understanding.
We recommend arriving 20 minutes before the ceremony begins to ensure parking and comfortable seating. While you're welcome to wait in your vehicle or the cocktail hour room until closer to the start time, please be seated by 3:50 pm. The ceremony will commence promptly at 4:00 pm, and late arrivals will be asked to wait until the wedding party has processed down the aisle before being seated.
There will be a reception parking lot when you arrive. Please locate the sign when arriving. Please do not park at the vendor's parking (unless you are a vendor) or the bridal house.
Semi-Formal Summer Attire: -Women may wear midi, knee-length, or maxi dresses in flowy fabrics, or opt for chic jumpsuits or dressy skirts with elegant blouses, paired with wedges, block heels, or dressy flats or sandals. Think Summer colors but no all white colors. - Men are encouraged to wear lightweight suits in navy, gray, or lighter tones, or a sport coat or blazer with dress trousers and a collared shirt (Tux and ties are optional with Summer heat), finished with polished loafers, or dress shoes (no sneakers).
We will be having an "unplugged ceremony," and our officiant will remind everyone before the ceremony begins. While we understand you want to snag all of your pictures and videos, please respect our wishes and wait until the officiant says you may now take a minute to take all of your pictures and videos of the bride and groom. We want all of our guests to be in the moment with us. Also, this is so we have our photographer able to take great pictures without cellphones being in the way.
Our wedding registries are set up with a convenient home shipping address for your gifts. This approach makes gift-giving easy for you and simplifies our post-wedding logistics by avoiding the need to transport multiple presents in our vehicles or manage them at the wedding venue. If you prefer to bring a physical gift or gift card to the wedding, we'll be happy to ensure it's safely stored until we can take it home. We have a Zola, Amazon, and Target wedding registry available.
