Wedding Party

Meet our friends and family walking down the aisle with us.

Shannon Crowe

Maid of Honor

Shannon and Monica met in high school in 2005 during Health class- Shannon transferring school zones, was new and boy did she make that known! The teacher says we will go around and introduce ourselves to our class mates.. "My name is Shannon, I don't want to be here, all my real friends are at Langham." Monica was like "No way! That's my new friend." Sure enough they got to knowing each other and as time passed it was like they had known each other their whole life. Where you found one you found the other- running around in their matching Toyota Celica’s. She is definitely a sister in Monica's eyes. Shannon has been there to support Monica through some of the most difficult times and has shared in the happiest too. She just had to be her Maid of Honor.

Marissa Green

Matron of Honor

They say your cousins are your first best friends, and it's true! Marissa is Monica's cousin from her mothers side. The only girls among all boy cousins. Skinning knees and elbows playing outside together, maybe getting into a couple quarrels here and there too. Enjoying summer days on Lake Tejas and playing Usher CD's all day long. Sneaking horror films out of her parents garage boxes and watching them forbiddingly in the guest house, all just to be terrified for weeks! the two of them experiencing all the great things of childhood together. Monica is so happy to have her as her Matron of Honor.

Leslie Tooker

Bridesmaid

Leslie and Monica met in 6th grade gym class and have basically grown up together. They experienced first boyfriends, breakups and all that fun coming of age stuff together and continue sharing the special moments as life passes. There is no way Monica could do this day without her. A good friend knows all your best stories, but a best friend has lived them with you! 19 years and counting, she ain’t a friend she's Family!

Rhonda Rodriguez

Bridesmaid

Rhonda is Monica's Cousin on her fathers side. These two are as thick as thieves. Growing up there was nobody tougher than her cousin Nana, and she always looked out for her little cousin Monica. She has shown Monica how to look at the glass half full and to never judge a book by it’s cover. She will always show up when it counts and She always puts family first! She knows what Limon-league and in-concert mean, and how proud the name Rodriguez feels. Of course she will be there to witness the day Monica finally changes her name.

Brittney Burns

Bridesmaid

Brittney is Monica's friend and her Brothers girlfriend. In a very short time she has become like family. She has been a breath of fresh air for them, and they have truly enjoyed getting to know her. She is one of the best gift givers around, because she pays attention to people. Monica can vibe out with her over some tarot cards and ghost stories - not too many others she can do that with!

David Rodriguez

Groomsman

David is Monica's younger brother, and only sibling. Growing up She was always protective of him. Though their hobbies, interest, and personalities are polar opposites, they still have a bond that only the two of them will know and understand. She will always remember the days when they played "Power Rangers" in their living room after school, and the hours they burned on their Sega Genesis video game system. Monica admires her brother for his innately kind and forgiving heart and his patient and understanding ways. It is exactly why she chose him as her daughter (Lana)'s God Father. Life wouldn't be the same without him, his sarcasm, and his witty ways.

Mark Krawczak

Best Man

Matthew's brother has been with him since the beginning...lol. He's seen it all. There's nothing like growing up as brothers. There's always somebody to play with, get in trouble with or unwillingly wrestle with. Mark and Matthew always enjoyed sports and Mark usually had the edge in the ones that required more technique and precision. Matthew can recall many frustrating nights of trying to best Mark at ping pong. Things got so heated that both of them would typically compete in their underwear. To this day, Matthew knows that he can always count on his brother to be there. He appreciates his understanding, is impressed with his patience and jealous of Mark being the example of what a good guy looks like. Matthew is proud to call him Brozilla and best man.

David Collie

Groomsman

Hold on to your shoes everybody! Uncle Dave, Crazy Dave, Franco...will the real David Collie please stand up. Matthew met David in college by way of Mark and Brian. At that time, Matthew didn't think that he was going to get along with this crazy cat. However, Matthew went on to take many trips with David (who lives in Colorado) to include rafting, hiking and camping. Matthew will attest that he's seen some of the most beautiful and serene landscapes and he owes it all to David. David is the kinda guy that would give you the shirt of his back. He's always got a great story to tell, real or imagined and he's always going out of his way to make sure everybody is having a good time.

Hector Rivera

Groomsman

Hector! Please do not attempt to pronounce his name without the exclamation point. Matthew met Hector through Crazy Dave during an epic skiing weekend in Colorado. Although he prefers the warmer weather, Hector dominates the ski slopes. Hector was a warm and inviting personality and always wants to make sure everybody is having a good time.

Brian McKinney

Officiant

Oh yeah brutha! Introducing, Officiant Mr. Brian McKinney. Matthew met Bri shortly after high school at Sam's club. Matthew realized that he was kinda quiet and shy but he believed that there was a wild man hiding somewhere inside just yearning to break free. Eventually the 2 starting hanging out, a lot. They played sports together (they played hard) and they went out drinking and dancing together (they partied hard). In a way, Matthew feels that most of his coming of age time was spent with Brian. They both became adopted sons with their respective families. They have gotten into just as much trouble together as they have gotten out of! Matthew couldn't be happier knowing that his brother from another mother will play such an important role on the biggest stage of his life.

Linda Rodriguez

Mother of the Bride

You have ALWAYS been there, every step of the way. The best mother a girl could ever have, and I wouldn't be the woman I am today without you.

Linda Bagos

Mother of the Groom

David Rodriguez Sr

Father of the Bride

It's finally time Daddy! Just how we talked about when I was little, and giving you butterfly kisses. I'll lean on you one last time.

Dennis Krawczak

Father of the Groom

Lana Reign

Flower Girl

Matthew and Monica's beautiful precious princess.
