When and where is the wedding?

Our wedding will take place on October 18, 2025 at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Winooski. The reception will be held at The Farmhouse at Sunset Pond, located on-site at The Essex.

What is the dress code?
Answer
This will be a black tie event. Please dress to impress, but above all, be comfortable!

Will transportation be provided?
Answer
We will not be providing transportation to the ceremony. Since the reception is on-site at the hotel, no additional transportation is necessary. If you're staying off-site, please arrange your own transportation.

Is there parking available?
Answer
Yes, complimentary parking is available at the venue for all guests.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
The ceremony will begin at 1:00PM, so please plan to arrive at least 30 minutes beforehand to find your seat and get settled.

What should I do if I can’t attend?
Answer
If you are unable to join us, please let us know as soon as possible by updating your RSVP on the website.

Do you have a room block for guests?
Answer
Yes, we’ve reserved a limited block of rooms at a reduced rate at The Essex Resort & Spa for Friday, October 17, and Saturday, October 18. This rate is also available for Thursday and Sunday night upon request. Be sure to book early to guarantee your stay!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
Answer
We kindly request that all guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. Our photographer will capture the special moments, and we can’t wait to share them with you afterward!
