Dress to Impress! Black tie optional and semi-formal and cocktail attire is highly encouraged, but we understand if you choose something a bit more beach-friendly. Think elegant, festive, and comfortable!
Your save the date will specify exactly who is invited. For our single guests, if you’d like to bring a plus one, just check in with the bride or groom—we’re happy to chat about it! Thank you for being part of this special moment in our lives.
We’ll send you a formal invitation with the ceremony time and details as soon as the resort confirms the schedule.
The couple will be staying at Hotel Riu Palace Kukulkan, and we would love for as many of our guests as possible to join us there! We do need at least 80% of our wedding guests to stay at the resort. While you're welcome to find accommodations elsewhere, please note that there is a small fee for guests attending the wedding who are not staying at the hotel.
As soon as possible! Great package deals—including flight and hotel bundles—are already available on sites like Expedia. However, we recommend checking the Hotel Riu website directly, as we were able to save a few hundred dollars by booking through them instead of Expedia. One of the best parts about staying at Hotel Riu Palace Kukulkan is that it’s all-inclusive—your stay includes food, drinks, and alcoholic beverages. Once you’ve booked your stay at Hotel Riu Palace Kukulkan, please let the couple know so we can keep our guest list up to date!
