What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please plan to arrive 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to allow time to make your way to the church, as the ceremony will begin promptly at 2:30PM.

Is there parking available for the ceremony at St. John the Evangelist?

Answer

St. John the Evangelist does not have designated parking. The closest and most convenient options: Wanamaker Garage (84 S. 13th Street): Extremely close (~ 1 minute walk), Loews Hotel Garage (1200 Market Street), Parkway Corp - 12th & Walnut Garage (1201 Walnut Street).

While we adore your little ones, we want you to have a night off! Please join us for an adult-only evening of dinner and dancing.

What is the dress code?

Summer formal - we’re embracing our summer wedding and would love for you to do the same! Think dressy but seasonal—suits, light fabrics, bright colors, and florals are all welcome. Don’t be afraid to wear color and celebrate summer with us!

Is there parking available for the reception at Ballroom at the Ben?

Answer

There is a parking lot located directly next to Ballroom at the Ben on 9th Street between Sansom and Chestnut Street.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Our venues are conveniently located in Center City Philadelphia and are all within walking distance, so transportation will not be provided. Ride-share services like Uber or Lyft are also readily available.
