Question

Will you be providing transportation for guests?

Answer

We've arranged convenient transportation options to ensure our guests can fully enjoy the celebration. Detailed information will be available on our travel page. While Bethlehem (where the hotels are located) is easy to obtain rideshare services, our remote venue makes returning home via Uber or Lyft challenging. We strongly recommend using our provided shuttles or driving. If you drove and enjoy a few too many cocktails, the venue allows you to leave your car overnight and take the shuttle back.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

The RSVP deadline is four weeks before our wedding, on September 12th, 2026. You can submit your RSVP on our wedding website under the RSVP tab. RSVPs will open in July—we can’t wait to hear from you!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

To ensure we can accommodate all our beloved guests, only those explicitly named on your invitation are included. Thank you for understanding!

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is cocktail attire. Ladies are encouraged to wear cocktail dresses, and gentlemen can wear suits or sport coats with dress pants.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early so you can be seated before we begin. If you happen to arrive after the start time, we invite you to join us at cocktail hour to ensure the ceremony remains undisturbed.

Yes, we will have an open bar for all of our guests to enjoy complimentary drinks throughout the event.

We respectfully request no children at the reception, allowing all of our guests to enjoy an adults-only evening.

Yes, we are happy to accommodate food allergies and dietary restrictions! There will be an opportunity to make a special dietary request when you RSVP.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be parking available at the venue. 1660 Blue Mountain Drive Palmerton, PA 18071. The venue does allow you to leave your vehicle overnight if needed.

What happens if it rains?

Answer

In the event of rain, our ceremony will seamlessly transition indoors, ensuring a beautiful and memorable celebration regardless of the weather.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request that guests do not take photos during the event. We have professional photographers to capture every moment so we can unplug and enjoy!
