What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal: cocktail dresses, jumpsuits, dress shirt, pants and ties etc.

What cities are around Grass Valley?

Answer

Grass Valley is near Nevada City and Alta Sierra. Auburn is about 30min away and Sacramento is about an hour.

Venue location

Answer

Lucchesi Vineyard is on the outskirts of Grass Valley. It is about 15min from Courtyard Inn and Suites and Gold Miners Inn. There can be twists and turns up the way but we will have signs to direct you.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 4:30pm. The ceremony will be downhill from where you park and we will be helping shuttle everyone down so we want to plan accordingly to arrive on time. We do not want any of our favorite people to be missed at the ceremony!

Is the Venue indoor or outdoors?

Answer

The venue is fully outdoors, so ladies plan for grassy areas when deciding on shoes.

What is the weather?

Answer

I am guessing/hoping the weather will be in the 80’s but there is no way to know for sure until we get closer. Also, California is typically pretty hot in the day and cools off at night so you may want to bring a sweater.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony to post on social media?

Answer

Please refrain from taking photos during the ceremony, however take all the pics you want after that!

Can I bring my gift to the wedding?

Answer

Your presence is present enough, but should you wish to bring a gift to our wedding, there will be a gift table for your convenience.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Matt and I love kids, however we are limiting kid attendance to family members and babies.
