How many parking spaces are there for the ceremony location?

Answer

Around 12-13 cars total can fit. Please make sure to carpool.

How many cars can fit at the reception location?

Answer

About 10-12 spots can fit at the reception location. Mountain top cabin rentals are across the street, if you want to park your car down and carpool with someone else to the reception.

What time should you arrive to ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at least 15 minutes BEFORE ceremony start time to make sure you are parked and give yourself time to walk up the small mountain.

Will there be alcohol served at reception?

Answer

We would like everyone to bring their own coolers with their alcoholic beverages, bring whatever you’d like! We will have sodas/water provided.

Will there be seating at ceremony?

Answer

No, there will be no chairs set up at ceremony. We would like for everyone to stand with us. Ceremony will be short and sweet, so you will not be standing for long. Please let me know if someone cannot stand, so I can make arrangements for them/you.

Is there a dress code?

We would love to see you guys dressed up, not too formal and not too casual. Ladies, please wear flats to ceremony as you will be walking up a small hill. You can change into heels for reception if you would like.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! Kids are welcome at both ceremony and reception. We also have plenty of private rooms at reception for anyone breastfeeding, needing a quiet space, changing or even kids who need a nap.

Can I bring a date?

Please only bring who was addressed on your invitations as we are very limited to the number of guests.
