Guarantee Policy: Credit card required to guarantee reservation by the individual guest Cancellation Policy: If the guest should need to cancel a reservation or change the arrival date, individuals must contact the Reservation department 14 days prior to the arrival date to avoid being charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the entire stay. If the discount code is not working for those nights, please call the Shore Club and they will book the room with the discount. (There have been multiple issues with their website not working)
