FAQs

If you have any questions that aren't listed here, please reach out to our wedding coordinator, Rachel, at (631) 790-7706.
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by April 15th, 2026.

Question

What happens if I don't RSVP on time?

Answer

If we do not receive your RSVP by April 15th, 2026, it will be marked as "No." We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we have to provide a total guest count to the venue and vendors in the timely manner they have requested of us. Thank you for understanding.

Question

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

You will have received explicit direction from the Bride and/or Groom if a plus one has been given to you. We, unfortunately, cannot accommodate additional guests.

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

Due to limited numbers, we hope you appreciate that children are only invited if named. Your invitation will be made out to "the [Your Last Name] Family" if your children have been invited. Additionally, the names of each invited guest in your party will appear when you RSVP online.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 3pm. To avoid disrupting the "I Do's", please arrive to the venue and plan to be seated by 2:45pm.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is a spacious parking lot located right outside the venue.

Question

Is the whole wedding outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the event will be held outdoors so that the newlyweds and their guests can enjoy the late Spring afternoon sun. But fret not! Contingency plans are in place in the event of inclement weather and, though we anticipate warm weather, indoor space will be available for those who need it. That being said, we recommend that you check the weather, be cognizant of your climate/temperature needs, and plan ahead to bring a light jacket or shawl if you are easily chilled.

Question

What does "Light Refreshments to Follow" Mean?

Answer

This means that, after the ceremony, hors d'oeuvres and a light buffet will be provided. There will be no formal, sit-down dinner served. During this time, guests are invited to eat, mingle, and join us in celebrating the newlyweds.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

While there is no formal dress code requirement, we invite you to join us in emulating the Spring season by dressing in your best garden attire. Think sundresses, florals, and light colored suits, for example. If this look just isn't for you, no worries! You are welcome to don your favorite "wedding guest" dress or suit. As this is a wedding, and thus a more formal event, we simply ask that you join us in dressing for the occasion (i.e., no jeans, please).

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes! We are registered right here on Zola!
