All trains will arrive at either Penn Station or Grand Central Station. From there you can take the subway downtown (http://www.mta.info/ - Wall Street, Fulton Street, Whitehall St / South Ferry), or a taxi (NYC taxis tend to be a faster and cheaper option than Uber, but you can always Uber).
