Aim to be there ‘bout 15–30 minutes early. That way you’ve got time to hug some necks, find a seat, and not trip down the aisle tryin’ to sneak in late.

Don’t wait ‘til the cows come home—let us know if you’re coming as soon as possible! If you’re registering for the chili cook off, please get your entry submitted by 9/25/25. We gotta tell the caterer how many mouths they’re feedin’ and make sure nobody ends up without a chair or a cupcake.
