FAQs

Question

Where should I park?

Answer

MadTree has two parking lots on either side of the brewery, they’re fairly large, but since it’s a Saturday night they may be full! There are several businesses across the street in the Oakley Square Shopping Center that the MadTree staff recommended (Kroger, Target & Meijer). DO NOT PARK AT CROSSROADS CHURCH - MadTree staff said they are known to tow. There’s also some street parking along Madison Ave and side streets! I would recommend taking an Uber or carpooling if you can!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive 15 minutes early; by 5:45 p.m. The ceremony will begin promptly at 6 p.m.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We are asking guests to please be in semi-formal dress. It is Derby Day - so feel free to break out those pastels/florals, if you wish!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

To allow guests, including parents, to relax and enjoy the evening, we've chosen to make our wedding ceremony and reception an adults-only affair. We kindly ask that guests be 16 years or older. We appreciate your understanding and support & we hope you enjoy a fun evening with us.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

There are several hotels nearby: Homewood Suites (Cincinnati Midtown), Home2 Suites by Hilton Cincinnati Midtown Oakley, Fairfield Inn & Suites Cincinnati Oakley and TownePlace Suites by Marriott Cincinnati Oakley. If you're planning on staying in a hotel, we recommend booking as soon as possible. The Flying Pig Marathon is May 3-4, so there will be lots of out-of-towners in Cincinnati that weekend and it would probably be best not to stay downtown!
