FAQs

Question

What if I don’t RSVP?

Answer

To help us with planning, we kindly ask that you RSVP by the date provided on your formal invitation. If you are having trouble RSVPing, please contact the bride or groom. Unfortunately, if we do not receive your RSVP by the deadline noted on the invitation, we will have to mark you as "not attending". We will miss celebrating with you, but we do need to finalize guest count for the venue and our vendors. We cannot make any exceptions. We hope you understand!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Our wedding is strictly invitation only. Guests allotted a plus one will be marked on their label on the invitation as “And a guest” Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate other extra guests due to venue capacity.

Question

When should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is on time.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! Our wedding will definitely not be dry! But if we catch you with a drink in your hand, the only stipulation is we want to see you shaking a tail feather on the dance floor! So you better have your smooth dance moves and boogie shoes! We will have a variety of non-alcoholic beverages and water available as well

Question

Do you have a registry? Can I bring a gift?

Answer

Your presence at the wedding is enough and a gift is not necessary. But we do have a registry set up with our links provided in the registry section of our website here!

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

Although we adore your little ones, we have decided to keep our wedding an adults-only event. The only exception will be the little ones in our bridal party. We hope you understand and enjoy the night off!

Question

Can I take pictures during the wedding?

Answer

Our ceremony will be an "unplugged ceremony". This means no phones/devices! We ask that all our guests follow this. You will have an opportunity to take photos at a given time per our officiant. However, our hired professionals will be taking photos during the entire ceremony and we would like to avoid any phones or devices in the background of said photos. However, we strongly encourage our guests to take pictures/videos during the reception and even post on social media and tag us! You can even hashtag the photos with #swipedrightonforever
