They met in June of 2020 when Matt interviewed Kristen for her first solar sales job. Immediately impressed by Matt’s wit and energy, she still managed to ignore the majority of his calls once he left for another company. Eventually, they reconvened soon after the new year in 2023 when Matt was recruiting her to his new company. Respectfully declining the opportunity, she happily accepted the offer to be his girlfriend instead. They quickly fell in love and experienced true bliss. They share countless memories from the solar industry and share a life with their four fur babies: Chico, Blue, Willy, and Bijou!
