What is the Dress Code

Answer

We ask that you wear Semi-Formal/Dressy Casual/Cocktail attire and avoid wearing the color white. Please note that the ceremony will be held outdoors, with cocktail hour being indoor/outdoor and the reception will be indoors. Please no shorts, jeans, or tshirts. Men: Dress pants, collared shirts, tie or suit if you want. Women: sundresses, midi dresses, pant suit, dressy jumpsuits.

May I Bring A Guest With Me?

Answer

If you are given a plus one on your formal invitation then of course bring a guest! If not, we ask that you respect our wishes and do not bring an uninvited guest. As we are only accounting for a pre-specified amount of formally invited guests for food, beverages, seating, favor, etc.

Can I Bring My Children To Your Wedding?

Answer

While we do love the kiddos…We have decided to keep our wedding and reception to an adult-only event. So, please respect our wishes and join us in a fun filled night with just the adults.

What Time Should I Arrive?

3:30pm is when guest arrival will begin. Ceremony seating will begin at 4pm.

How Should I Get To And From The Wedding Venue?

Answer

We will be providing transportation to and from the venue. This transportation will be a shuttle from our hotels under the travel tab. The most important thing to us is that all of our guests to arrive and leave in a safe manner. Also please note there is plenty of parking at the venue to utilize for those who will not be drinking or have a designated driver in their group .

Who can take the shuttle?

Answer

The shuttle will only pick up those guests who have said yes to taking the shuttle when they RSVP’d. If you said no to shuttle usage please make sure you have your own ride lined up. As the shuttle has seats only accounted for those who put yes to the shuttle usage question on their RSVP. If you are unsure what you put please reach out and I would be happy to tell you how you responded to the shuttle question on you RSVP!

What is the Shuttle Schedule!

Answer

The shuttle will arrive at the Home2 suites at 2:15pm and Depart at 2:45pm. The shuttle will arrive at the Fairfield Inn newly named Spark at 2:56pm and depart at 3:06pm The shuttle will arrive at the Harvest View Barn at 3:30pm and depart at 10:15pm to head back to the hotels dropping off at the Fairfield aka Spark first and then the Home2 suites!
