We will be holding our welcome drinks party at the B-Roof rooftop bar & restaurant located in the Grand Hotel Baglioni on Thursday night, so this may be a convenient hotel for many of you :) As many of our guests are staying here, this will be one of the pickup/drop-off locations for both the Wedding day & the Vineyard day. -Wedding Day: Buses will depart from Grand Hotel Baglioni at 4:15pm sharp (as well as Palazzo Castri 1874 Hotel at 4pm sharp). Return departure times (to both hotels) leave Villa di Maiano at midnight (after the reception ends), and again at 1am (following the after-party). -Vineyard Day: Buses depart from Grand Hotel Baglioni at 12:30pm, with return departure times at both 4pm & 5:30pm. In order to book, guests must select: "Rate Access/Corp Code" from the discount dropdown menu. Type in the Discount Code mentioned below, and then reference "Liborwich/Fu wedding" in the booking notes. A more affordable yet comfortable option on the other side of the river, but still with a great location as it's just 5 meters from the famous Ponte Vecchio bridge & 500 meters from the Piazza del Duomo. The hotel terrace (which includes a delicious Wine Bar Restaurant) and most of the rooms offer beautiful views of the Arno River, Ponte Vecchio, and pretty much every famous landmark in Florence (€). House Or Rental
Airbnb has plenty of great apartment sized rentals for small groups or single rooms within the city of Florence, as well as large villas/properties for rental a bit outside of the city. If you're looking to stay in a villa with a large group, anything at the city outskirts work but we'd also suggest looking into Fiesole, Settignano or Grassina areas if you wanted to be within 20-25 mins of the city centre. Booking.com or VRBO also have a great variety of hotel and apartment rental options in the Florence area.
