La Jolla Shores Piatti – Ravioli with both sauces and veal piccata. Cozy and tucked away in the Shores. La Jolla Village El Pescador Fish Market – Best ever. Get the crab sandwich with avocado or Cajun fish sandwich — do not miss! The Taco Stand – Best tacos and burritos. The line gets long, so download the app and order ahead. Catania – Chic Italian spot with a rooftop patio. Everything is delicious. Marisi – Elevated pasta, pizza, and aperitivos. Great ambiance. Himitsu – Intimate sushi bar with fresh, inventive rolls. Reserve ahead. Nekosan – Trendy, design-forward sushi with a fun, casual feel. Puesto – Elevated street tacos and margaritas. Works well for lunch or dinner. George’s at the Cove – Iconic coastal dining. Go to Ocean Terrace for more casual vibes + views. Eddie V’s – Upscale seafood and steakhouse with oceanfront tables and live jazz.

La Jolla Village La Jolla Cove – See sea lions, snorkel, or just enjoy the view. Coast Walk Trail – Peaceful trail with tide pools and dramatic cliffs. Children’s Pool Beach – Great spot for seal watching. (no swimming) Museum of Contemporary Art San Diego (MCASD) Girard Ave & Prospect St – Great area for window shopping and strolling. Warwick’s Bookstore – Beloved bookstore with great gifts and cards. Trilogy Sanctuary – Rooftop yoga followed by vegan brunch. Torrey Pines Torrey Pines State Reserve – Cliffside hiking with epic views of the Pacific.
