If you can find the time, take a boat to the small island of Formentera. You can take a ferry from Santa Eularia, but it's even better to hire a boat to take you (samboat.com is a good option, but you can ask your hotel too). If you do take the private boat journey, make sure to stop at the Pas d'Espalmador for one of the most magical swimming experiences. You can then continue on for lunch at the epic Juan y Andrea.
