Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00PM, so we ask that you aim to arrive by 4:30PM to grab a welcome drink, find a seat, and enjoy our lovely string quartet. Due to other events happening in the city during the weekend, please take traffic into consideration and give yourself ample time to arrive.
We kindly ask our guests to dress in formal attire. Women are encouraged to wear a floor or ankle-length dress or elegant jumpsuit. Bright colors, fun textures and patterns, or soft pastels are encouraged for our formal garden party vision. Men are encouraged to wear a suit; tuxedos are welcome but not required.
Our afternoon ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors. Guests will need to walk on grass and gravel pathways to find their seats. Dinner will be in a covered patio while dancing and drinks will be in the attached, air-conditioned ballroom.
We have reserved two hotel blocks conveniently located about 7 miles from the venue. Please see our "Travel" section for more information on booking a room. Additionally, there are many nice Airbnbs and Vrbos you can book in the area.
Yes! There will be an open bar for guests to enjoy throughout cocktail hour and the reception.
Yes, there is a parking lot on-site. Cars are able to be left overnight if needed. Please ensure you pick up your car in a timely manner the following morning.

While we would love to have everyone join us on our special day, plus-ones and children are invite-only and will be listed on your formal invitation.
We will ask that everyone silences their cell phones and puts them away for our ceremony, as we have hired an amazing photographer and videographer to capture these sweet moments for us. However, feel free to take pictures and videos once the reception begins!
