What is the earliest arrival time?

Answer

Please arrive no sooner than 3:40 pm. The bar will open at 3:45 pm before the ceremony begins at 4:00 pm.

Phones

Answer

We kindly ask that everyone put their phones away during the ceremony. We will be hiring a wonderful photographer who will get all the perfect shots and we are more than happy to share them with you. We thank you all in advance for helping us make our day special.

Weather

Answer

Our wedding will be taking place completely outdoors, so be sure to dress warm in the case of colder temperatures in the evening. We will also provide blankets and space heaters to ensure everyone is comfortable. In the rare chance of rain, we will arrange for tenting so no one will get rained on. Last year on our date the weather was perfect, so let's hope and pray it will be the same this year!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Sorry, no plus ones to this event. We need to pre-approve all guests to accommodate for food and seating with the venue. Please call or message us for any additional guests (children, spouses, parents) prior to September 30th so we can set a total head count for the event.

Any activities for children to do during the wedding?

Answer

Absolutely! We will have music and dancing, mega Jenga, Connect Four, and a bonfire pit for s'mores!

Will there be parking available?

Answer

There is plenty of free parking within the grounds. Plus, there will be parking attendance and grounds crew available to help you find your way!

What time does the party end?

Answer

We will begin clean-up at 8:45 pm and last dance will be at 8:55 pm. Final goodbyes will be at 9:00 pm and venue must be fully vacated by 9:30 pm.
