Flight

Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW)

Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) is the closest major airport to Marco Island, about 45–50 miles away (roughly a 50-minute drive). It offers the most airline and flight options, making it the easiest choice for most guests.

Flight

Punta Gorda Airport (PGD)

If you're traveling from Pittsburgh, Punta Gorda Airport (PGD) is another great option. Allegiant offers nonstop flights on select days of the week. Because PGD is a smaller airport, security, baggage claim, and rental car pickup are typically much quicker and less crowded than at RSW.

Travel Note

Airbnb and VRBO

Airbnb and VRBO are great options for families or groups traveling together. With beautiful homes located all across Marco Island, they're a great way to enjoy the wedding weekend and everything the island has to offer.
