At Johnny and Nicole's beautiful 2017 event on Key Biscayne, Matt was hanging by the bar, wallflowering with his nephews. Timmy told him to go mingle. Karen was standing by a large window overlooking the bay, looking beautiful in the light of the evening. It was too much to resist and he had to say hello. So they danced, and talked about music and this and that. The connection was instant. Eventually she fell in love with him, and he with her. Love has been a part of every day of their lives since then. And c'est la vie, the rest is history!
