WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?
Answer
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. We recommend arriving between 4:00 PM and 4:20 PM to allow time for parking, finding your seat, and getting settled before the ceremony begins. We kindly ask that all guests be seated by 4:25 PM. 💍✨

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?
Answer
We kindly ask our guests to dress in semi-formal/cocktail attire. Think dressy and celebratory—cocktail dresses, jumpsuits, dress shirts, slacks, suits, or sport coats are all great options. We can't wait to celebrate with everyone looking their best! ✨🥂

CAN I TAKE PHOTOS DURING THE CEREMONY?
Answer
We invite you to be fully present with us during our ceremony and kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos or videos while it is taking place. Our professional photographer will be capturing all the special moments, and we'll be happy to share photos afterward. Once the ceremony is over, feel free to snap away and help us celebrate! 📸💍✨

CAN I BRING A GUEST/DATE?

Yes! Guests are welcome to bring a plus one. We just ask that you include your guest when you RSVP so we can plan accordingly for seating, food, and drinks. We’re so excited to celebrate with you both! 💍✨

ARE KIDS WELCOME?
Answer
Yes! Kids are absolutely welcome—we’d love for them to be part of our celebration. We’ll also have some kid-friendly activities to help keep them entertained. Please just be sure to include them in your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. 🎉💍✨

WHEN DO I NEED TO RSVP BY?
Answer
If you know you will be coming you can RSPV anytime between now and April 1st. Please RSVP by April 1, 2027, so we can finalize our seating and catering plans. We appreciate your response by this date! 💍✨

WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?
Answer
We will have a tap truck featuring five beer options along with two signature drinks for guests to enjoy throughout the reception. 🍻🍹 If you’d like something else in addition, you’re more than welcome to bring it with you as well!

Answer
Parking will be in a designated field parking area at the venue. When you arrive, you’ll see signage directing you where to go. 🚗

IS THE WEDDING INDOORS?
Answer
Our ceremony will be held outdoors. The reception will take place under a tented area, so we’ll have some cover while we celebrate after the ceremony.

WHAT WILL THE WEATHER BE LIKE?
Answer
Mid-June in Leesburg, Ohio is typically warm and humid, with average highs around the upper 70s to low 80s and cooler evenings in the 60s.☀️

Yes—we love that you’ll want to share the celebration! You’re welcome to post photos from our wedding on social media. If you do share, feel free to tag us—we’d love to see your perspective of the day! 📸✨

WILL TRANSPORTATION BE PROVIDED?
Answer
We will not be providing transportation for the event. We kindly ask guests to carpool when possible and to plan ahead by designating a DD if needed. Thank you for helping keep everyone safe while we celebrate together! 🚗💍✨
