We met at Bradley University before classes even began freshman year and quickly became close friends. Throughout college, our friendship grew through our shared classes and extra-curricular activities.

After a Delt’s date party junior year, Matt opened up about his feelings for Jordan, and we began our transition from friendship to dating.

During Senior year of College, we received offers from Lockheed Martin in Sunnyvale, CA and USAA in San Antonio, TX. After a lot of thought, we accepted our positions acknowledging that our decision could result in a long distance relationship for up to 3 years.

We graduated from Bradley with degrees in Industrial Engineering and Actuarial Science. Before we started our new careers, we spent three weeks traveling Europe visiting Italy, Portugal, and Spain.

Since graduation, we have travelled many miles to visit each other. Matt moved to Sunnyvale in 2019, then to Atlanta in 2020, and last to Dallas in 2021. Jordan moved to San Antonio in 2019 and then to Columbus in 2021. In addition to traveling, Matt pursued an MBA at Purdue University, and Jordan studied countless hours for actuarial exams. We are excited to live in the same state and to finally be finished with our studies, so that we can spend more time with each other!

Matt proposed to Jordan by surprising her in Columbus at her apartment. After celebrating over a glass of champagne and dinner at RH Rooftop, our families celebrated our engagement in Indianapolis the following day.

We are so excited to start our marriage and to celebrate our special day with you!
