The hike is at Talcott Mountain. On the 30-45 minute hike are beautiful views of Connecticut and the surrounding New England states. At the top of Talcott Mountaint is Heublein Tower, a historical home turned into a museum with additional 360 degree views.
Right next to West Hartford Center that includes additional restaurants and stores. Recommend walking around both areas!
