Glacier National Park
Glacier National Park is an incredible and beautiful staple in Montana. The Magnitude of it's size cannot be properly captured with pictures and it is more than worth a trip whilst you are in town. The link provided breaks down the passes and fee's which will allow you daily access to drive through the incredible landscape.
Flathead Lake
Flathead Lake is the closest to an ocean that we have here in Montana, with many exciting and fun places bordering it as well. The Closest accesses to the venue will be Bigfork, Somers, and Lakeside, small towns with big character built right next to the water. Rent a boat and head across it, or jump right in from the shoreline, but be prepared because the water is cold.
Lonepine
Another Beautiful state park, Lone Pine allows guest access to hike through some of the west bordering mountains of the Flathead Valley, with gorgeous views and easy hiking it's a nice way to experience Montana nature.
Historic Downtown Kalispell
Come see the main strip that started the entire City of Kalispell, the historic downtown features, such as the KM building, Conrad Mansion, and The Flathead County Courthouse. Some of these buildings have stood for over a hundred years, telling the story and capturing the history of the Montana Railway, and the people who built it. Downtown also offers great deal of options to eat, hang out, and even grab something to remember Montana by.
Tamarack Brewing Company
Asfar as places to eat that are Uniquely Montana, the Tamarack Brewing Co in Lakeside is among the community favorites. This brewery has excellent food, a hospitable environment, and top notch drinks to satisfy every pallet.
Norm's Soda Fountain
Step into the past, with one of Kalispell's oldest diners "Norm's." Norm's soda fountain is a classic burger diner that features classic tall milkshakes and a candy wall that features some old school treats you haven't seen in years. It's a great place to bring the kids.
Hockaday Museum of Art
The Hockaday Museum of art is a spectacle that has captured incredible images of past and present, featuring a wide array of paintings from artists, photographs, and relics from history, to modern local artists who have captured the changing landscape and all it's beauty.
Whitefish OktoberFest
Whitefish Oktoberfest is a huge party, one that features incredible beer, authentic German food, great music and dancing, and fun events like stein holding competitions. You'll definitely see the bride and groom celebrating Saturday October 4th with some of our out of town guests who are here for the week.
