Yes, please use our group code "HHW" and stay at Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando North

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

If you are staying at our designated hotel "Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando North" arrangements have been made. If you choose to not stay at our hotel, please arrange your own transportation, there's plenty of parking at the wedding venue.

Welcome Reception will be indoor in the foyer. Ceremony will be indoor in the Rotunda. Cocktail hour will be held outside by the Fountain. Reception will be held in the grand Ballroom.
