This is where the rehearsal dinner, wedding ceremony, and reception will take place. There is a wedding block for guests at this hotel. All guests are encouraged to make reservations as early as possible by calling toll free 866-921-0422 prompt #2 (hotel) for reservations. The first night’s room rate and taxes will be collected at time of reservation. Reservations will not be accepted from independent travel agents. On Wednesday 22 July 2026, the rooms reserved for the wedding block will be released for sale. Discounted rates are only available up to 45 days prior to the wedding weekend. If booking after the 45 days, the existing rate at the time of reservation will apply. Check In/Out: Please advise your participants that our check in time is 4:00 pm and our check out time is 11:00am. Rooms occupied after check-out time are subject to a late departure charge.
