Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Ivonne moved to North Carolina to pursue her PharmD and MSPH. She is currently an Adult Floors and ED Pharmacist. Ivonne has two wonderful dogs, Marina and Marco, who always keep her company and bring so much joy to her life. She’s passionate about cooking and baking, with a special love for sourdough and making things from scratch. One of her favorite things is feeding Matt, and she enjoys experimenting with new recipes for him. In addition to her love for the kitchen, Ivonne also has a green thumb. She’s especially fond of the garden Matt built for her, filled with both beautiful flowers and fresh crops. It’s one of her favorite spots to relax and unwind, surrounded by nature’s beauty. Ivonne is excited to start this new chapter with Matt and can’t wait to celebrate their love with all of you!

Matt was born and raised in Halifax, Virginia, and made the move to North Carolina to pursue his PharmD. He just graduated from Pharmacy School and started his PGY1 residency at UNC Health Johnston. Matt is deeply passionate about research and staying up-to-date with new publications—yes, he’s a proud self-proclaimed nerd! He loves his dogs, Marco and Marina, even though he jokingly calls them "annoying" at times. He’s also quite handy and loves building and fixing things around the house for Ivonne. Whether it’s a new project or a repair, he’s always there to lend a hand. Matt enjoys spending time outdoors, exploring new places, and trying out new restaurants. And when it comes to Ivonne’s cooking, he’s always eager to try her latest recipe, though sometimes a little hesitant... but it’s always worth it! Matt is thrilled to embark on this next chapter with Ivonne and is excited to celebrate with all of you!
