When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by July 5th at the latest.

Will there be parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, Parking is available across the street from the venue. It is OK to leave your car parked overnight if needed.

Can I bring my young children?

Answer

Absolutely! If doing so, please let us know on your RSVP. There will be a games/kids room set up at the venue as a place for kids to play/relax and get away from the action if needed.

Question

Will transportation be arranged by the hosts/venue?

Answer

No, attendees will be responsible for their own transportation to and from the venue. For those visiting from out of town, or planning to indulge, we suggest taking a taxi/uber or car pooling with other attendees.
