Yes! Both the Ceremony and Reception will be held at The Old Grove Barn in Lawrence, MI.
The Ceremony will begin at 4:00 pm. Please plan to arrive 30 minutes prior to start time to ensure our timeline for the night remains on schedule!
Semi-formal/outdoor fall attire. Please be aware the wedding venue is indoors/outdoors in October. It's Michigan so it could be 70 degrees and sunny or 55 degrees and raining or both! Bringing a jacket or sweater for when the sun goes down would be a great idea! Please do not plan to wear jeans for the Wedding Ceremony or Reception.
All invited guests will be listed on the formal invitations. If your invitation is addressed to yourself "and Guest", you are welcome to bring a date otherwise we kindly ask that you attend unaccompanied. Due to limited space at our venue, we can only accommodate our closest family and friends. We thank you for understanding!
While we love all of your little ones, this will be an Adults Only celebration! The only exception are the children in our Wedding Party. We hope you take this opportunity to treat our wedding day as a date or a night to relax and enjoy! We appreciate you making prior arrangements so that you can celebrate with us!
Both! Our Wedding venue is an indoor/outdoor concept. The Ceremony will be taking place outdoors (weather permitting). Cocktail hour will also be indoor/outdoor. Dinner will take place in a covered pavilion with weather proof sides. After dinner, we will be dancing the night away back near the cocktail hour space.
Yes & yes! For our out of town guests and party people we will have transportation to and from two of the three hotels. The pickup and drop offs will be from The Baymont by Wyndham in Paw Paw, MI and at The Comfort Inn and Suites also located in Paw Paw, MI. Shuttle times are TBD. For those that are not planning to stay overnight, there is free parking at the venue. If possible, the venue has asked for cars not to be left in the parking lot overnight.
