Matt and I met at a thrift store that we worked at together. We both knew when we saw each other that there were sparks. We finally went out on a date, our first date was a bonfire. And we were in love and inseparable ever since. We left our home town together 6 months after we started dating, realized we wanted to travel together so we bought a van, moved into it, and lived in it for almost an entire year. We traveled like nomad hippies, playing music and meeting some amazing people through California up to Oregon, where we stayed and settled down for 4 1/2 years. Finally we decided we needed careers, so we moved back to bullhead, Matt started the fire academy process and the rest was history. We are still very much in love with each other almost 7 years down the line, and couldn’t be more sure of our decision to marry one another. Thank you for reading our little story.
