Philadelphia International Airport

The Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) is the largest in the area and the easiest to fly into. It is about a 1.5 hour drive to Stone Harbor, New Jersey. For a closer option, feel free to look into the Atlantic City Airport (ACY), which is around a 45 minute drive from our wedding location, though this airport has fewer flight options.

Stone Harbor Motels

We have a room block at three properties as part of Stone Harbor Motels, including The Stone Harbor Inn, The Dunes Motel and The Seaward Motel. Each motel is in walking distance to the ceremony at the 101st Street beach, so you can't go wrong! To book, call (609) 368-2202 and state you are looking for a room under the "Kunhardt-Beere" wedding block, and their team will be happy to assist in making a reservation. Please note that the room block will only be held until July 29, so we suggest you reserve accommodations before this date!

The Reeds at Shelter Haven

If you are looking for a more upscale experience, feel free to check out The Reeds, though we unfortunately do not have a room block with the hotel. There is a minimum two-night stay requirement.

The Icona Avalon

The Icona Avalon is another great option for a more elevated experience, located one town over from Stone Harbor on 7 Mile Island. Similar to The Reeds, we do not have a room block at this property.

House Or Rental

Airbnb / HomeAway

If you really want to party it up over the weekend with family and/or friends, we suggest booking a beach house through Airbnb (www.airbnb.com) or HomeAway (www.homeaway.com)! These booking sites have a few options in Stone Harbor, Avalon, Wildwood and Cape May that are better for larger groups. Pricing is extremely comparable to that of hotels in the area, and oftentimes can be cheaper.
