Here is an overview of some safety precautions they have been taking to make everyone feel comfortable during the wedding. This page will continue to be updated to reflect the newest PA guidelines. *Hand sanitizer stations throughout the venue *Employees are Temperature and Wellness checked upon arrival *Employees wear masks and follow CDC guidelines for hand washing and use of hand sanitizer. *All public spaces and high touch areas are cleaned and disinfected on a regular basis throughout the day *8 people maximum per table and 6 ft between tables *Whenever possible, we will open as many doors to allow for proper air flow

Are kids welcome?

Answer

To give all our guests the opportunity to celebrate without having to worry about little eyes and ears, we politely request no children at our Rehearsal Dinner, Wedding Ceremony, and Reception.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes, the Phoenixville Foundry has a large, private parking lot with free parking for all guests. There will also be shuttle buses available for guests staying at the Hilton Garden Inn Valley Forge/Oaks to get to the wedding and back.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We would appreciate it if guests could arrive at least 15 minutes before the ceremony to get settled in their seats.

Question

Is your ceremony outdoors?

Answer

Yes, weather permitting! The outdoor ceremony will be followed by an indoor and air conditioned cocktail hour and reception.
