Airport Notes The closest airport to San Miguel el Alto is the Guadalajara International Airport (GDL), located about 1.5 hours away. From the airport, you have a few options to get to San Miguel: Bus (Primera Plus) – Comfortable and affordable buses run from Guadalajara to nearby towns. From the airport, you may need to transfer at the main bus station (Central de Autobuses de Guadalajara). Uber or Taxi – A direct and easy ride to San Miguel. Car Rental – Perfect if you’d like the flexibility to drive independently. You can find them at the airport. We are also looking into arranging collective buses/shuttles in case a big group of guests arrives around the same time. More details to come!
