What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
6pm arrival ! Ceremony starts at 6:30, but we would like our guests to arrive early to have some time to walk through the art gallery before the ceremony begins. Security will hold guests who arrive after 6:30 until the bridal party has gone down the aisle.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
To help make this evening unforgettable, we kindly request our guests dress to impress with their best formal attire. Black tie is welcome! While we love a good t shirt and jeans combo as much as the next person, we kindly ask that you leave them at home for this occasion.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
We love your kiddos; however, we have extended invitations only to the adults listed on the invitation. We hope you understand and use this evening as an opportunity to enjoy a romantic night out with your significant other.

Yes! Please add / call out all dietary restrictions and allergies on your RSVP!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes! Plenty of parking at the Dayton Art Institute. Feel free to leave your car over night. You are welcome to come back to get it the next morning. No extra cost!

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP no later than October 31, 2023. If we don’t receive your RSVP by the date specified, you will automatically be marked as a “no”. We will be having a plated style dinner and need to provide the caterer and venue with a guest count in a timely manner. We hope you can understand.

Can I bring a date?

As much as we would love to accommodate everyone, we already finalized the guest list, and don’t have any extra spots for plus ones. If a plus one has been extended to you, their name is listed alongside yours on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!
Question
Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
Unfortunately, this is not available by the hotel. Feel free to use Uber or Lyft. Additionally, the Dayton Art Institute will allow guests to leave their cars in the parking lot over night at no extra cost. Feel free to pick up your car on New Years Day without worry! The hotel is a short 5 min drive from the venue!
