Question
Is there parking on site?
Answer
Yes, there will be parking on-site in a grass field. Feel free to drop off passengers where the gravel drive ends, closest to the venue building, before parking in the designated parking areas.

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?
Answer
The ceremony will be held directly behind the main Venue building in a grassy area facing the mountains. The reception will be held under a covered patio just steps away from where the ceremony will take place. There will be restrooms located inside the building attached directly to the covered patio.

Are the times of scheduled events on Alabama time or Georgia time?
Answer
The venue is located in Roanoke, AL which is an hour behind us in GA. However, to keep everyone on the same page, everything will be scheduled on GA time. Therefore, any time you see posted on this website or listed on the invitation will be considered GA time. For example, the wedding is at 5:00pm. If you want to arrive at 4:45pm and it takes you 45 minutes of travel, you will need to leave at 4:00pm GA time. (Yes, it will be 3:45pm when you arrive). Just keep in mind that we will stay on GA time.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
The ceremony will start at 5:00pm. Please arrive no later than 4:50pm to allow adequate time for parking and seating. To ensure our photographer is able to capture special moments of the wedding party beforehand, we kindly ask that guests DO NOT arrive before 4:30pm and remain in their vehicles until 4:45pm. We ask that you please follow these guidelines to ensure the Bride is not seen before the Ceremony and photographs are not rushed.

How do I RSVP?
Answer
You can click the RSVP tab on this website at any time. There you will find instructions on how to find your name on the Guest list. Once you find and select your name, you will click the "will attend" or "will not" attend option for each guest listed for your group.

What should I do if I cannot make it?
Answer
You will definitely be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate "Will Not Attend" on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd "Attending" but find that you cannot make it, please select the RSVP tab, select your name and update your response as soon as you are aware. If it is within the last 2 weeks before the wedding, please notify DeAnn directly as well as updating your RSVP on the website.

Can I bring a guest?
Answer
If your guest is listed on your invite or when you RSVP, then yes! Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with close friends and family.

Are children welcome?
Answer
We love your little ones! However, due to limited guests and budgeting, we have decided to limit our guest list to children 10 years of age and older, with the exception of the wedding party's immediate family. We will only be able to accommodate children listed specifically under your party name when completing your RSVP. We encourage using this night as a date night and appreciate you making prior arrangements so you can celebrate with us.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Yes! We will have an open bar for the majority of the reception. There will be a few select beers, wines/ wine coolers and mixed drink options. The selection will be listed here once finalized. Please drink responsibly and plan your ride home accordingly.
