A can’t-miss Steamboat experience- ride the Steamboat Gondola up to Thunderhead Lodge and take in the sweeping mountain views of the Yampa Valley while enjoying the sunset, live music, tasty bites, and refreshing drinks. It’s the perfect hike-free way to experience the beauty of Steamboat mountain! MUSIC LINEUP & GONDOLA TIMING 5:00 PM – 9:30 PM Solo artist will kick things off from 5:15 – 6:15 PM The main band takes the stage from 6:30 – 9:15 PM Last gondola upload: 8:30 PM Final download: 9:30 PM sharp! Band: Worried Men - perform a range of music styles including Grateful Dead, Allman Brothers, Willie Nelson, and Johnny Cash. *Event is optional - Tickets are sold onsite (credit card only) at the base of the Steamboat Gondola for $30/person (4 & under free). No pre-purchase is available. It's a short 4 minute walk from the Steamboat Grand. If you plan to join you can we can head over together at 5pm (meet in lobby) or if you want to play it by ear feel free to meet us there!

Welcome Party at Steamboat Rodeo

Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and cowboy boots to jeans and tees. Feel free to embrace your inner cowboy/cowgirl!

Join us for drinks and charcuterie at 4PM at the Steamboat Grand in penthouse 706 and then we will take the town bus at 5pm over to the rodeo. Rodeo Schedule The Front Gate Opens at 5:30 PM BBQ and Music 6:00 PM - 7:15pm Performances Start at 7:30 PM- 9:30 PM **We will be purchasing all attendee's rodeo tickets in advance so please let us know ASAP if you do not plan to attend. Wedding Ceremony & Reception

2:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Western semi-formal. Think foral dresses, cowboy boots and hats and bolo ties! None of these items are required but suggestions for those feeling festive feel free to lean into the cowboy/western theme. At the end of the day, we just want you to have fun and be comfortable!

We will be providing van transportation for all guests to the ceremony and reception site and back to the Steamboat Grand leaving at 2pm and returning at 11pm. -Leave Steamboat Grand Hotel lobby at 2pm Ceremony - 1hr and 10 mins from Steamboat Grand on private land along the Colorado River in 32323 Colorado River Rd, McCoy, CO -Leave ceremony site upon ceremony completion around 5pm for the reception at Franciosi Brothers in Oak Creek, CO a 45min drive. -Reception will be approximately 5:30-10pm at Franciosi Brothers in Oak Creek, CO -Leave for Steamboat Grand Hotel at 10pm, a 25 drive. **Wedding ceremony is unpaved dirt and grass, so please plan attire accordingly. **There will be a porta potty on site but no running water or indoor facilities. ***There is no cell reception at the ceremony site (wifi in case of emergencies only) ****Reception will be outside and it does cool down at night so you may want to bring a sweater or jacket for later
