An outdoor wedding?! Won't there be bugs?

Possibly, but we will provide some bug spray for you to use!

What happens if it rains?

Answer

No worries! The barn is covered and has the capacity to move the ceremony inside if necessary.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

Absolutely! We only ask that you yield the right of way to the professional photographer we've hired so he can do his job.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Sure! Our only request is that you please let us know ahead of time so we can arrange with the caterer. We can also make sure we bring some kids books and toys along for entertainment! Please note there will be alcohol served and the reception will last until about 10 pm, and we would love to have you stay the whole time!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is an unpaved road and grass parking, which will be marked on the property.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We respectfully ask that you adhere to the wording on the invitation that was provided. If you've met the love of your life within receiving your invitation, call one of us and let us know so we can adjust seating, food, and beverages.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Unfortunately, no. While there are buses that run in the city limits of Charlottesville, there are none that make their way out to the countryside where the wedding will be held. If you prefer not to drive, Lyft, Uber, and traditional taxicabs are available to use.

Searching “Panorama Farms” on your phone or GPS service will lead you to the wrong entrance. If using a GPS, please use the below address to avoid confusion with other access points to the property: 3550 Reas Ford Ln. Earlysville, VA 22936

From Charlottesville -From Hydraulic Rd. (Rt. 749), turn on to Earlysville Rd. (Rt. 743) at Summer’s Market -Follow Earlysville Rd. straight through the airport traffic circle in to Earlysville (~6 miles) -When the speed limit drops to 35mph, turn left on to Reas Ford Rd. (Rt. 660) -After 1.5 miles, turn left on to Reas Ford Ln. (Rt. 661) -After approx. 1/4 mile [DRIVE SLOWLY!], turn left at the sign for Panorama Farms
