Is Transportation Provided?

Answer

While no transportation will be provided to the ceremony, there is transportation provided for the reception. The bus will be making stops at the Tru by Hilton and the Homewood Suites. Pick up times will be noted when you arrive at your hotel on Friday. Additionally, if you aren't staying at either of the hotels but do not want to contend with dark Loudon Co. roads at night, no worries, hop on! Both hotels have large lots and are located near public parking lots to accommodate many people.

Anything I should know about the reception venue?

Answer

Cathleen fell in love with this reception venue the moment she saw it! One warning we would like all of our guests to be aware of: there is very sparse cell reception at the venue. Wi-Fi is available at the venue for guests to use, but please take note of how to get out of the venue. If you turn left out of the venue, take the first exit onto A Street, and continue driving for about 3 miles, you will meet back up with Route 7.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive no later than 10 minutes before Mass to allow yourself time to park and enter the church.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Black-tie optional. We invite everyone to dress to impress, but tuxes and gowns are not required. Additionally, all military members are invited to wear Full Dress White or their service’s equivalent. If you have any questions, please contact Matthew.
