Please note that accommodations are extremely limited for both hotels and cottages. We recommend booking as early as possible to secure housing for the weekend! We're eagerly looking forward to celebrating our special day with you! To help us with our preparations, we kindly request an early RSVP for our wedding. Your prompt reply would be greatly appreciated and will assist us in planning a memorable weekend. Thank you! Pointe Aux Barques is located in the "thumb" of Michigan and it is, quite possibly, the most special place on earth. It's a big travel day to head "up north" so we want to help you understand your travel options.

Flight

Detroit Metro Airport (DTW) or Bishop International (FNT)

If you are flying, you may need to rent a car to travel from the airport to Pointe Aux Barques. It is a 3-hour drive from DTW and a 2-hour drive from FNT.

House Or Rental

Cottages at PAB (Limited Availability)

Limited Availability! Several cottage owners have graciously offered to host wedding guests in their cottages for the weekend. We will do our best to group families and friends together in cottages, but please know this may be a shared living situation. Each houseguest will be asked to pay a $60 cottage cleaning fee for the weekend. If you are interested in this option, please contact mtfarley60@gmail.com. Check-out time for all cottages is at 11 am on Sunday.

There is a 2 night requirement ($225/night) for this hotel and they also include breakfast in this amount. Reservations must be made by February 5, 2024 and you must call to book and mention the Farley/Kay wedding. The drive time from these hotels is five minutes to Pointe aux Barques. A shuttle will be offered on Saturday.

Reservations must be made by January 31, 2024 and you must call to book and mention the Farley/Kay wedding. The drive time from these hotels is five minutes to Pointe aux Barques. The Beachcomber Motel rooms range from $170 - $325/ night, depending on hotel amenities. There is a 2 night minimum. Please call or text 989-550-1717 to reserve a room. Leave your name and cell number and you’ll be contacted to confirm your reservation. A shuttle will be offered on Saturday.
