Maid of Honor
Anabelle was the first person I called when I got engaged, she has been my best friend since high school, and I couldn't imagine this day without her! We always forget to take pictures together so this is probably the most recent one we have from over a year ago, oops...
Bridesmaid
I met Johanna my freshman year in high school on the nordic ski team and we have been inseparable since then...except when she went to college in Montana and leaves to be a fire fighting hero in the summer.
Bridesmaid
We had the honor of struggling through nursing school together and learning about each others quirks when living together(you'll have to ask her about those).
Bridesmaid
Maddie and I shared so much nursing school anxiety and managed that anxiety by doing crazy things like jumping in Lake Superior in the middle of winter :)
Best Man
I have had the honor of knowing Nick for the better part of my life, spanning into my earlier years. We have spent many hours together in many different moods, ranging from joyful and happy to grumpy and ticked off. He helped guide my first tour of the BWCA, and in return, I have shown him how to improve his disc golf game(since I am better).
Groomsman
Colten and I grew to know each other throughout High School through various school activities, ranging from sports to leadership programs that we get reminded about too often. We went to colleges just down the road from each other in Duluth and reconnected over a grill-out in the forest freshman year, and have stayed connected ever since.
Groomsman
Brady and I knew each other in High School, but grew closer in the years following graduation. In his few years in Duluth, Brady helped spark my interest in Mountain Biking and has seen a fair share of wipeouts in the process. We still meet up to go out for a night, spend time exploring the wilderness, and go Disc Golfing.
Groomsman
Jake and I met while in a Law Enforcement Exploring program. I don't know how we connected, but we eventually started talking and hanging out. He was always knowledgeable in any scenarios we went through, which made him great on my team but he could be a real pain if he acted out a scenario. He and his wife have played a big role in Cailyn and my relationship, and will hopefully be there throughout the many years ahead of us.
