When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than October 1st.

Can I RSVP online or do I have to mail in the RSVP card?

Answer

You can do either! You can mail in your RSVP card OR click "RSVP" from the options bar at the top of our wedding website to RSVP online.

I have a food allergy/dietary restriction, can I make a special request?

Answer

When sending in your RSVP, there will be an option both on the RSVP card and online where you can let us know if you have a food allergy or any dietary restrictions.

Do you have any transportation and/or lodging recommendations?

Answer

We do! On our wedding website, click "Travel" to learn more about options that make traveling to and staying in Fort Collins stress-free.

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at a hotel?

We do not! Head to the "Travel" tab on our wedding website to see hotel recommendations and airbnb info.

What is the wedding day itinerary?

Ceremony 4:30-5pm Cocktail Hour 5-6pm Dinner 6-7pm Dancing 7-9pm

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony will begin at 4:30pm on Saturday, October 28th. Guests can arrive at the venue no earlier than 4pm.

What time will the reception end? Is there an after-party?

Answer

The reception will end at 9pm. We don't have anything official planned yet but keeping the party going in downtown Fort Collins sounds like a blast!

Will there be other events to attend during the wedding weekend?

Answer

Yes! We've invited everyone to our house for brunch on Sunday, October 29th from 11am-1pm. Check out the "Schedule" tab on our wedding website for more details.

What are the addresses of the ceremony and reception venues? Are they accessible?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will both be held at Ginger and Baker located at 359 Linden Street, Fort Collins, CO, 80524. Ginger and Baker has an elevator that guests can use to get to the ceremony and reception rooms.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Indoors!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Parking is free for all guests and located across Linden Street from Ginger and Baker. You'll have to cross the street but the walk from the parking lot to the venue will take you less than 1 minute. The parking lot is gravel so be careful if you're wearing super fancy shoes!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will not be any transportation set up for wedding guests. Parking at the venue is free if you'd like to drive. Uber and Lyft are also options if you'd prefer not to drive to and from the venue.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail Attire! Wear cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, suits and ties, and dark jackets and slacks.

What is the weather like in your area?

Answer

Typically, October is absolutely gorgeous! Brittany is knocking on wood as we write this. Highs are between 60-70 degrees with lows in the mid 30s to 40s. At this time of year, it'll be chilly in the morning and at night but warmer late morning to early evening so bring your jackets and sweaters. It's Colorado so it could also be snowing! Don't forget to check the weather before you arrive!
