Matthew and I were introduced by a mutual friend in late 2017, and slowly got to know each other...just as friends. It wasn't until Spring 2018 when I realized that I genuinely loved being around Matt, and started to chat with him more & more when we were in social settings together. He asked me on our first date in April, and we've been pretty much inseparable since then. I love our story because everything really evolved in a truly organic fashion. Neither of us were really looking for anything - but it felt like our hearts just knew pretty early on, that we had each found our forever. I couldn't have picked a better person in this lifetime, and I thank God everyday that our paths crossed and that I get to make a lifetime of memories with him.

We unfortunately have made the difficult decision to cancel our Mexico wedding due to the environment we are facing right now. We are now having our ceremony the same day as our reception in Sioux Falls. We apologize for the late change of plans, but 2020 threw us a curveball!
