2:00 - 3:00 The Ceremony at The Church of Saint Ann 3:00-6:00 This is a great time to check into your hotel, freshen up or have a drink! 6:00 - 11:00 Cocktail Hour and the Reception 11:30-1:00 After Party at the Springhill Suites by Marriott Hartford Cromwell hotel.

Will their be a shuttle from the hotel to the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes! There will be a shuttle picking guests up at the Springhill Suites by Marriott Hartford Cromwell at 5:30 pm to make it to the venue for 6:00 cocktail hour. If you are planning to take the shuttle, please be in the hotel lobby by 5:25 to make sure you are able to catch the shuttle.

Yes! We love your little ones and are so excited to celebrate with them!

Is their parking available?

Yes! There is plenty of parking at the church and at the venue.

What should I do if I don't make it into the room block?

Answer

We have 20 rooms blocked off at the Springhill Suites Hartford Cromwell hotel. If all of the rooms in our room block are taken you can still reserve a room by calling the hotels front desk at (860) 613-0710 to reserve a room.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Mainly indoors. The church ceremony will be indoors and the reception will be indoors. However, during cocktail hour you will be able to stay inside or you can enjoy cocktail hour out on the patio and deck!

Will their be transportation for guests at 11:00 pm after the reception is over?

Answer

Yes! Our guests will be provided a shuttle that will pick you up at 11:00 at The Riverhouse at Goodspeed Station and bring you back to the Springhill Suites by Marriott Hartford Cromwell hotel.
