HOW TO BOOK Option #1 – RESERVATIONS DEPARTMENT • Call 787-796-6125 ext. 2 (Embassy Suites by Hilton Dorado Reservations Department) • Indicate the Group Code to the reservation agent: BMW or CESBMW • The reservation agent will proceed with your booking based on your preferred room type and/or the rooms available within the group block (King Suite or Double Suite) • A credit card or ATH card with a Visa or MasterCard logo is required to guarantee the reservation. No charges will be processed at the time of booking • All charges for the reservation and any additional expenses will be processed at check-out Option #2 – DEDICATED LINK (ATTENDEE LINK) • Use the dedicated link: Bianca & Matthew's Wedding (by clicking “view”) • Select your desired dates and room type • A credit card or ATH card with a Visa or MasterCard logo is required to guarantee the reservation.
