Question

Are there any other wedding-related events I should know about?

Answer

Yes! We will be having a Stag and Doe on Friday, March 20, 2026 at the Columbus Club in Niagara Falls. We will also be having a Bridal Shower on Sunday, April 26, 2026 at White Oaks Resort and Spa in Niagara-on-the-Lake. Closer to these dates, tickets for the stag and doe will be available for purchase and formal invitations for the shower will be sent out. Please stay tuned!

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

For the wedding, you will be required to RSVP by June 1, 2026. We will be accepting RSVPs through our wedding website. Please see the formal invitation for more details.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony is set to begin at 4:30pm. We ask that guests arrive around 4:00pm to ensure they are organized and seated prior to the ceremony starting.

Question

Will the wedding be outdoors?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place in front of the vineyards at Calamus, therefore we will be outdoors for the duration of those two events. However, the reception will take place in Calamus' infamous wedding barn, which is covered and has sliding glass doors. The location of the winery allows for a constant breeze from the valley, however due to the wedding being in July, it may be quite warm (don't worry, fans will be provided)!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Parking is available on site at Calamus Estate Winery, which is where both our ceremony and reception will take place. Please note vehicles are permitted to stay parked on site until 12:00pm the following day if needed.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Our wedding will take place at a winery and requires guests to dress formally. Both men and women should adhere to black tie dress code, consisting of suits and formal dresses. Please note that our ceremony will take place in a grassy area, therefore women may wish to wear block heels rather than stilettos.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to exceeding vendor capacity, we were unable to include kids as part of our guest list. The formal invitations will clearly indicate who they are addressed to. For any clarification needed, please contact us.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please let us know if you have any food allergies or dietary requirements and we will work with our venue to ensure your needs are accommodated.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! Please see the Travel tab on our website to obtain a list of the hotels that are close to our venue. Most are located in Jordan or St. Catharines, therefore they are within a 10-15 minute drive from the venue.
