Question

Do you have a hotel block?

Answer

We have not reserved a hotel block for out-of-town guests. If you need guidance on finding a place to stay, please contact Bethany or Matt.

Question

What is the attire?

Answer

Our preferred guest attire is "Sunday best" or, if you're feeling fancy, cocktail attire. Please do not wear shorts, jeans, or ball caps.

Where should I park for the ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony parking is available on 8th Avenue and on the church lawn. When parking on the lawn, two rows of cars can form facing the side of the church between the two sets of steps and three rows of cars can form facing 8th Avenue in front of the church. A ramp is on the side of the church toward the rear of the building across from the playground for guests needing an accessible entrance.

Will there be childcare?

Answer

We will not provide childcare. A "moms and babies" room is at the back of the sanctuary if a child becomes fussy during the ceremony.

May I bring a guest?

Answer

Space is limited in our ceremony and reception venues. If your invitation indicates "and Guest," you are welcome to bring a guest. If the invitation did not indicate a guest is invited and you desire to bring one, please contact Bethany or Matt.

Where should I park for the reception?

Answer

The parking lot at The Woman's Club is behind the building and includes designated disabled parking. A ramp is available at the back of the building for guests who need an accessible entrance. You may also park along either side of the building "nose in" with front wheels on the sidewalk.

Will you serve a meal at the reception?

Answer

We will serve heavy hors d'oeuvres and cake.

What beverages will you serve at the reception?

Answer

We will provide non-alcoholic beverages, as well as wine and beer.
